I believe that we should feel amazing in our body and be full of vibrant energy. I believe that losing weight, eating healthy and nourishing our body is easy, fun and DELICIOUS.  

I have tried it all: no/low fat diets, no/low carb diets, restricting calories, hours at the gym, counting grams of fat, carbs, protein etc. They all left me miserable, feeling unsatisfied and craving sweets.  I have been a slave to the scale and let its number determine what kind of day I would have.  

I dealt with digestive issues for 15 years and had started to believe that it was just the "normal" way for me to feel, until I cured myself through food and lifestyle choices and experienced what proper digestion is.  Once I got back in touch with my body and actually listened to it, I could give it what it needed, so it could do its job and function properly for me.  I stopped fighting with my body and abusing it. I started loving it and nourishing it, inside and out.  Once I did, my body did its thing, just as it had always been trying to, without me getting in the way.  

I finally felt free.  Free from deprivation, free from uncertainty of what to eat, free from negativity about my body.  I didn't need hours at the gym or crazy diets.  

I found my flow and now it's easy.  I love sharing with other women how to do the same, so we can stop fighting with ourselves and start loving and nourishing ourselves.

I'm a lover of (in no particular order): green juice and green smoothies, dark and raw chocolate, yogi tea tags, green tea, drinking from straws, mason jars, vinyasa yoga, kale, pedicures in massage chairs while reading magazines, eating local food while travelling, taking classes + learning new things, dinner parties with family and friends, foreign films, blowing bubbles, healthy baking and baked goods, the tops of muffins, crust - think pizza or pie, synchronicity and dancing around like it's nobody's business. 

Fun Facts: I went to Italy for 3 months to take Italian...and eat.  I ran my first marathon in London 2011.  I hitchhiked through Tibet while backpacking around Asia for a year.  I manifested my fiance: While traveling in India my passport was stolen. I lied to Indian officials that I needed a new one fast because I was getting married in Bali, my fiance was waiting and I would miss my wedding (I didn't even have a boyfriend at the time).  I met my fiance my first night in Bali. I am now careful of what I wish for!
